Where do I buy tickets and how much do they cost?
At this time, we only sell tickets at the doors of the event, Gatlinburg Convention Center, 234 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. This street has multiple parking lots available.
There are actually two entrances, the one just listed includes a ramp from the outside. Once inside you can use the elevator or escalator to come down to the main floor.
The Parkway entrance is on the “main drag” of Gatlinburg, so you may come in this way if you are walking around downtown. If you need an elevator on this side, facing the building, it is around to your left.
Tickets are $7 for adults; kids 12 and under enter for free. You may purchase a multi-day pass on the main floor at the end of aisle 600 for $3 to come back as many days as you like. To leave and return on the same day, simply get your hand stamped by the person who took your ticket on the way in.
How do I apply to become a vendor?
Visit the tab called Exhibitor Info. You can download applications there and read the requirements to submit with your application. The forms are fill-able, so you can fill it in and save it, print it filled, or unfilled if you prefer.
I purchased a custom or incomplete item that I need to pick up on another day. What do I do?
Ideally, you should make arrangements for pick up with the person from whom the purchase is made. If you are picking up a large item, ask for special instructions. Otherwise we think a great option is to purchase a multi-day pass at aisle 600; then you can come back in whenever you like. It is a great value over the course of 10 days or 18 days as our events run. Unfortunately our ticket takers can only let you in with a ticket.
I need to get in touch with someone who exhibited in a previous Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair, but I don’t know their name or how to get in touch with them.
We have two options:
- You can look on our website on the Exhibitor List tab for the most recent directory listing. Many of the current exhibitors have been with us for several years and may be the one you are seeking. There you can search by the type of item they made. Tip: Keep your search word simple and general in most cases, for example: jewelry, wood, basket, pot, leather, furniture.
- Call us. 865-436-7479. In the off-event time, we are not always with the phone. Yes, you can leave a message if you get voicemail, or text if you prefer. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have lists of artists and craft-makers from a few years back. We may be able to help you find them. Most have emails, but many have no website, so you may need a phone number.
